Pawpaw Butter

A seasonal delicacy canned to last all year!
 
Pawpaws are Ontario's largest native fruit and wow, they're amazing! They taste of bananas, pineapples and mango. 
 
While this is technically a jam, it's texture and flavour is more reminiscent of apple or pumpkin butter. It's spiced with warm autumnal flavours, like cinammon and nutmeg.
 
This would be wonderful with some pork. Try a dollop on some buttertarts, it's pretty amazing!
 
Mini is 125mL
